These terms apply to every order placed on ranimouraboutique.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order that is already placed.
If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and return your money in full instead of shipping it.
Availability
Most pieces are bought in very small quantities, often a single one per size. Adding something to your bag does not hold it for you. The piece is yours once the order is paid.
If something sells out between your order and our packing table, we cancel that item and return its value to you.
Payment
Your card is charged when the order is placed. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and we have no control over what happens once the box leaves us.
Orders to Canada may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. Those charges are set by the destination country and are paid by whoever receives the order.
Exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to ask for an exchange. The piece has to come back unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still on.
All sales are final except for exchanges requested within those 7 days.
Exchanges are arranged on WhatsApp. Message us with your order and the size you want instead, and we take it from there.
Return shipping for an exchange is paid by the customer.
If something arrives wrong or damaged
Tell us within 7 days and send a photo. If we sent the wrong piece, or it arrived damaged, we fix it at our cost. That one is on us, not on you.

The photographs, the texts and the name Rani Moura Boutique belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
