Rani Moura Boutique is an online store. This page explains what we collect when you browse the site or place an order, why we need it, and who else gets to see it.

What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and your shipping and billing address. We need all of it to charge the order, ship it, and reach you if something comes up.
If you create an account, we also keep the password you choose in encrypted form, along with the addresses you save for next time.
If you subscribe to our emails, we keep your email address until you ask us to remove it.
If you start a checkout and enter your email but do not finish, we may keep that email so we can remind you about the bag you left behind.
Our server keeps standard technical logs, including your IP address, to protect the site and to block repeated failed login attempts.
Your card
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe and by PayPal, who receive your card details directly and protect them under their own security standards.
Who else sees your data
To deliver your order we share your name, address and phone number with USPS and with the service that prints the shipping label. There is no way around this one: the carrier needs the address to bring you the box.
After your order arrives we may send you an invitation to review what you bought. That invitation goes out through CUSTOMER REVIEWS for WooCommerce, which receives your name, email and order details for that purpose only.
We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to anyone for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your bag between pages, remember whether you are reading in English or Portuguese, and keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices stay with us for as long as the law requires business records to be kept. Everything else we keep only while it is useful, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer. Data tied to a completed order may have to stay where the law requires us to keep that record.
